No, printing your tickets is not required. For all our tours and experiences, you can simply show your ticket on your mobile device — we’ll scan it directly from your screen.

Tickets are usually sent by email within a few minutes of booking. Please allow up to 60 minutes for delivery and be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

Not at all! The name on the ticket is for reference only. Your tickets can be used by friends or family members, and you’re welcome to give them as a gift. The person using the ticket does not need to match the name shown.
